QuickWeather by Nikkisoft – Must Have BlackBerry Apps!!

QuickWeather - Weather Widget for your Homescreen by NikkiSoftQuickweather is one of the MOST MUST HAVE apps if you have a new OS7 device. A lot of people have lost faith with Research In Motion (or the lack of ..) however I have found new love in my new OS7 9900, with the new device comes a faster phone while it still feels a bit back from the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S2 this app gives a blackberry what it should have to begin with; widgets!!

Some examples:

This app is just AWESOME! why? Because it lets you have your weather right smack on your homescreen, not by pressing a button, not by looking into the main menu, no swiping, its just there sitting on your home screen. You can have multiple designs and position the widget anywhere on your screen. The best part is that the app updates at a preset time specified by the user. Enough babbling from me, the item description is as follows and can be purchased from Appworld with the QR code below:

QuickWeather will display your current weather conditions anywhere on your homescreen.

Unlike other weather apps, QuickWeather does not work by changing your wallpaper.
QuickWeather is a homescreen widget and does not interfere with theme hotspots or any other elements on your homescreen. You can position the widget exactly where you want it on the screen.

QuickWeather has a very small footprint, is not active when the backlight is off or your device is in bedtime mode and has no lag or battery drain effects on your device.  A Quick and Simple glance at your weather!
